In sheets of grades 15K and 20K thicker than 20 mm is allowed up to 0.8% Mn.
The content of chromium, nickel and copper in carbonaceous and low-alloyed steel should not exceed 0.30% of each. At the request of the consumer in the sum of them should be up to 0,6%.
The content of copper in alloy steels should be up to 0.2%, and in the manufacture of scrap-process — up to 0.30%.
In low-alloy steels, aluminum is allowed to add up to 0.05% and titanium 0.03%.
Mass fraction of aluminum in alloy steels ≤0,02%.
The mass fraction of arsenic in carbonaceous and low-alloy steels is up to 0.08%. When smelting steel from the Kerch ores, the percentage of arsenic is allowed to be ≤0.15%, and the percentage of phosphorus ≤0.030%.
1.7. The percentage of residual nitrogen in carbonaceous and low-alloyed steel is ≤0.008%, and when smelting in electric furnaces ≤0.012%.
