Buy at affordable prices from the manufacturer of various alloys with specified values of the coefficient of linear expansion (controlled expansion or CE-alloys) offers the company AvecGlob. The supplier ensures the timely delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer.
general information
For the first time, alloys with such characteristics were developed by the Swedish company Sandvik SE. Since then, Sandvik has been manufacturing light, high modulus products that are made of alloys with controlled thermal expansion values (CE — alloys). Products from such alloys can be produced in accordance with individual design in the form of, for example, products for temperature control and electronic packaging modules, as well as structural products for optical systems, electronics and semiconductor processing equipment.
Alloys with a given coefficient of thermal expansion have many advantages over other materials that are used for similar purposes. They differ in acceptable density indicators, the necessary values of the coefficient of thermal expansion necessary for the successful application of heat conductivity and high rigidity.
Alloys with controlled expansion (CE alloys) are lighter than competitive materials and have controlled expansion ratios at any preselected value in the range of 5 to 17 ppm / ° C.
General characteristics of alloys with adjustable expansion (CE-alloys):
Controlled thermal expansion, ppm / ° C — 5… 17;
Density, kg / m 3 — not more than 2500;
Coefficient of thermal conductivity, W / m K — 120… 180;
Specific rigidity, Nm / g — 39… 54 x 10 3 .
Company Avecglob proposes to purchase at economically favorable prices from the manufacturer alloys with a given coefficient of linear expansion (CE-alloys). The supplier provides a guaranteed delivery of products to any point set by the customer.
Nomenclature
CE alloys include a number of predominantly binary hyper-eutectic silicon-aluminum alloys (these are not AlSiC! Composites), where an increase in the silicon content leads to lower thermal expansion coefficients and to an increase in specific rigidity.
Depending on its chemical composition, these alloys have the following performance characteristics:
Composition | Al-27% Si | Al-27% Si | Al-42% Si | Al-50% Si | Si-40% Al | Si-30% Al | Si-20% Al |
Ultimate strength, MPa | ≥160 | 175−312 | 205 | 193 | 181 | ≥100 | No data |

Technological features: CE-alloys are distinguished by good workability in various ways and good weldability.
Company Avecglobal sells alloys at a reasonable price of the manufacturer with a given coefficient of linear expansion (CE-alloys). The supplier realizes the immediate delivery of products to any point. stipulated by the customer.
