Production

The strip of aluminum alloys is a pressed metal profile of continuous cross-section without a hollow interior space. It is produced by hot pressing according to the following GOST: 8617−81 and 22233−93 from such aluminum grades as: АД31Т5, АД31, АД31Т1, etc. The strip of aluminum is anodized or coated with polymer paint, to improve corrosion resistance and prolong its life. The length of the strip from the aluminum alloy varies from 1 to 6.7 meters. The strip of aluminum can be rounded at the corners (chamfers).

Classification

Depending on the length of the workpiece:

— a multiple of the length of a dimensional;

— length measuring.

By material:

— without heat treatment;

— M — annealed;

-T — hardened naturally aged;

-T5 — artificially aged, hardened not completely;

-T1 — hardened aged artificially;

-T4 — hardened not completely and aged naturally.

— P — accuracy increased.
