Inconel® woven mesh
Supplier — AvekGlob Company — offers a woven net of Inconel® alloys at an affordable price from the manufacturer. The supplier guarantees the timely delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer.
Technical specifications
Weaving mesh of Inconel® alloys are manufactured for use in conditions of moderate and severe corrosion at high temperatures. Inconel® alloys have excellent resistance to carburization, pitting and crevice corrosion,
stress corrosion cracking and oxidation. They are resistant to a wide range of corrosive media, such as organic, inorganic compounds, acids and alkalis. The materials have high-temperature mechanical strength, creep resistance and a long service life.
The grid is produced in the following classes:
Inconel 600 Mesh: alloy 600 has exceptional resistance to heat,
oxidizing and corrosive environment and provides a productivity of up to 1000 0 C. It is resistant to SCC, restores the environment and has good mechanical characteristics from cryogenic to high temperatures;
Inconel 601 Mesh: Inconel 601 has a high resistance to oxidation up to 1250 o C. It is read by high-temperature net material, which provides good resistance to peeling, creep strength and high temperature stability. The alloy maintains ductility even after prolonged use;
Inconel 617 Mesh: alloy 617 offers increased oxidation temperature and corrosion resistance up to 900 ° C. It provides high mechanical strength and excellent metallurgical stability. The alloy is resistant to corrosion of pitting, as well as to various strong acids, such as hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, sulfuric and nitric;
Inconel 625 Mesh: this is a high-strength structural material for excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at elevated temperatures up to 1093 ° C;
Inconel 718 Mesh: alloy 718 is a deposited material to provide high high-temperature corrosion-resistant properties and mechanical strength. It has an outstanding creep resistance up to 982 ° C.
Urgency of application
Woven mesh of Inconel® alloys are used in oil filters, air compressor filters, vacuum equipment filters, heating and cooling furnaces. Inconel-grid is also resistant to vibration, and therefore used in industrial screens and separators.
