36N - alloy 36 pipe
This type of precision alloy with specified 36N DRL, belongs to the class of Insarov. In its composition contains an alloy based on iron, Nickel (35−37%) and other components. The Invar alloy 36N has a small temperature coefficient EXT. (- 1,5x10−6 1/°C temperature -80 + 100°C), which defines the scope of its use. Alloy 36N (or 36N-VI) used in the production of control parts, measuring devices, which are sensitive to small changes in climatic temperatures maintain these temperature limits a constant size. The alloy is alloyed with silicon, copper, manganese, aluminum, molybdenum, vanadium. 36N-VI is a kind of alloy and obtained by vacuum-induction melting.
This steel is often used with an active layer made of other alloys (20NG, 75GND, 19NKH, 24NKH). The result is a thermostatic bimetallic different brands.
