Duralumin rental GOST
Supplier — the company AvecGlob — offers at reasonable prices from the manufacturer dural rolled products produced by GOST. The supplier guarantees the timely delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer
Technical specifications
Dural is a large group of aluminum-based alloys, which are further alloyed with copper, magnesium and manganese. Adding copper increases strength. Dyural is corrosion-resistant, subject to aging, and is characterized by high hardness at low density. At the same time, this alloy is well suited for plastic deformation, riveting, welding and heat treatment. After heat treatment, the corrosion resistance of the duralumin is increased, which is realized in the widespread technologies of flattening flat surfaces of rolled products.
Dural of domestic production is manufactured according to the technical requirements of GOST 21631−76 (sheet), GOST 21488−97 (rod, circle), GOST 8617−81 (pressed profiles), GOST 13726−97 (roll, tape, strip), GOST 14838−78 (wire), GOST 618−73 (foil).
Urgency of application
Dural is used where good strength and good machinability is required.
It is used in the manufacture of pistons of aircraft engines, piston rings, extruded fittings of aircraft, launch vehicles and other equipment, the operation of which is associated with high temperatures. In the automotive industry, elements of automatic body panels are produced from the duralumin. In transport, duralumin is used for the production of external sheathing of transport containers.
Chemical composition
The composition of the duralumin usually includes aluminum (about 90%), copper (about 4%), magnesium (about 2%) and from 0.5% to 1% manganese. There may be traces of titanium and zirconium.
Physical and mechanical properties
Dural is a very good conductor of heat and electricity. It has no odor, and under normal conditions it reacts quickly with oxygen in the air, forming a strong and solid alumina film.

Assortment and application features
Duralumin rolling according to GOST is produced in a wide range of cross sections and lengths. Initial duralumin preforms after primary plastic deformation — rolling, stamping, extruding — must be subjected to aging. Aging can be natural (for several days) or artificial (several hours). This treatment optimizes the mechanical properties of the alloy.
Supplier — AvekGlob Company — offers to buy duralumin metal products of various brands in the required assortment of cross sections and length, which are provided by GOST. Products can be bought at a price formed on the basis of European and world standards of production. Implementation is possible in bulk and retail, for regular customers, a flexible system of discounts operates.
