Feature of aluminum bronzes is a significant increase of their mechanical qualities of iron. It grinds grain and provides a delay recrystallization. In order to improve the strength characteristics of aluminum-iron bronze subjected to aging at a temperature of 250−300°C for 2−3 hours after completion of quenching at t° 950 °C. It is used in the production of valve seats, bushings, worms, gears, nuts adjusting screws in mashinostroenii. The Nickel in the alloy composition contributes to the improvement of mechanical properties, heat resistance, corrosion resistance increases, the recrystallization temperature, improves anti-friction properties, stability at low temperatures. Bronze aluminum-iron-Nickel is used for the guide bushings, gears, valves and other parts for critical applications in the aircraft industry. Manganese in the alloy composition contributes to corrosion, technological properties. Bronze aluminum-iron-Nickel well-processed in cold, hot conditions under pressure. They are used in manufacturing, worm screws, bushings, gears, which are operated at temperatures up to 250 °C in marine shipbuilding.
