Tape, strip vanadium Vnpl-1, Vnpl-2
Supplier — AvekGlob Company — offers at reasonable prices from the manufacturer a sheet and strip made of vanadium alloys VnPl-1 and VnPl-2. The supplier guarantees the timely delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer.
Technical specifications
Vanadium alloys VnPl-1 and VnPl-2 are made from vanadium powder, using the methods of powder metallurgy. Due to the high ductility and malleability of vanadium, the semi-finished products are subjected to rolling after sintering to obtain the initial blanks of the required width and thickness. The technical conditions for the production of these alloys are determined by the regulatory requirements of TU 48−4-272−73. The characteristic features of rolled products from alloys VnPl-1 and VnPl-2 are high corrosion resistance, high elasticity, resistance to high temperatures, increased mechanical strength, thermal creep.
Urgency of application
The main use of VnPl-1 and VnPl-2 alloys is industrial and laboratory installations in the glass, chemical industry, production of high-temperature ceramics and other applications where chemically aggressive media are used (except for hydrofluoric acid, as well as mixtures of nitric and sulfuric acids). Due to the fact that vanadium actively absorbs neutrons, these alloys can be effectively used also in nuclear power engineering. The springiness of the materials makes it possible to use them in hull structures, which constantly experience significant alternating loads.

Assortment and application features
The sheet and strip of vanadium alloys of the grades VnPl-1 and VnPl-2 are supplied in a range of thicknesses from 0.9 mm and widths from 50 to 480 mm.
Alloys VnPl-1 and VnPl-2 can not be used if the operating temperature of the environment reaches 300 0 C and higher: at this temperature, vanadium becomes brittle. Weldability of alloys is satisfactory, the method of welding with a tungsten non-consumable electrode in a helium or argon medium is used.
Supplier — AvekGlob company — offers to buy a sheet or strip made of vanadium alloys of VnPl-1 and VnPl-2 grades in a wide range of sizes and cross-sections. Products can be bought at a price formed on the basis of European and world standards of production. Implementation is possible in bulk and retail, for regular customers, a flexible system of discounts operates.
