Relevance
The alloy grade 40ХНЮ-ВИ (40ХНЮ, Э793, ЭП793-ВИ) belongs to the group of precision non-magnetic alloys used in the manufacture of special-purpose parts, for example, non-magnetic corrosion-resistant bearings.
Treatment
Today, the main properties of the dispersion-hardening alloy 40ХНЮ-VI, as well as the effect of the successive heat treatment regimes on the structural-phase state, on the mechanical properties, including the dimensional stability properties that determine the preservation and obtaining of high accuracy of the gas bearing parts, are well known. In the process of determining the optimal quenching conditions for the 40ХНЮ-VI alloy, the correlation of dimensional stability and aging conditions was revealed. For example, the precision limit of elasticity is σ 10 -4. The limit of aging temperatures of 400−550 ° С is also determined, which is promising for obtaining high values of the precision maximum of elasticity while maintaining the required level of plasticity.
Properties
