Mass fraction of Nickel in the brass are allowed for the expense of copper and the amount of impurities is not included. At the customer’s request mass fraction of lead in brass grade Lc40sd allowed 1,2−2,0%. In brass brand LC16K4 in agreement with the consumer allowed the mass fraction of aluminum to 0.1% in the manufacture of parts that do not require hydraulic density. In brass brand ЛЦ40МцЗЖ used for casting propellers, the mass fraction of copper should be 55−58%, aluminium 0.8%, lead — not more than 0.3%. Impurities that are not listed in table.1, are taken into account in the total amount of impurities. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer in brass brand Lc38mc2s2 mass fraction of lead allowed 1,2−2,0%. |
