General information

The present technical ones are applied to hot-rolled and forged bars of hot-rolled and forged steel grades of 13Х11Н2В2МФ-Ш (ЭИ961-Ш), 13Х14Н3В2ФР-Ш (ЭИ736-Ш) and 18Х15Н3М-Ш (DI 1-Ш), and bars calibrated from corrosion-resistant steel grade 18Х15Н3М -Ш (DI 1-Ш), intended for manufacturing details of metal structures in aircraft building.

Assortment

According to TU 14−1-3297−82, hot-rolled and forged bars produce round, square and rectangular profiles (strip) in accordance with the specialization of the manufacturer.

Calibrated rods produce a round profile with a diameter of 10−25 mm.

The range, shape, dimensions and tolerances of the bars and strips must meet the following requirements for:

— hot-rolled round — GOST 2590;

— Hot-rolled square — GOST 2591; TU 14−1-4492−88 (for the sizes more than 160 mm);

-current round and square — GOST 1133;

-band hot-rolled and forged — GOST 103 and GOST 4405.

It is allowed to supply rods of square profile in accordance with GOST 2591 with a size less than 100 mm with corners rounded by a radius not exceeding 0.15 of the side of the square.

Technical requirements

The chemical composition of steel grades 13Х11Н2В2МФ-Ш (ЭИ961-Ш) and 13Х14НЭВ2ФР-Ш (ЭИ736-Ш) should comply with the standards of GOST 5632, the chemical composition of steel grade 18Х15НЗМ-Ш (DI1-Ш) should comply with the standards specified in the table

In the finished product, the permissible deviations from the mass fraction of nickel in the steel grade 13X11N2V2MF-III (EI961-III), 13H14NZV2FR-SH (EI736-III) should not exceed plus 0.20%, in steel grade 18X15NZM-III (DI1-SH) deviations from the mass fraction of nickel should not exceed minus 0.10%. Deviations from the mass fraction of chromium for steel of all grades — plus, minus 0.05%; other deviations from the mass fraction of the elements — in accordance with the standards of GOST 5632, except for phosphorus, deviation is not allowed.

The residual mass fraction of copper in all grades of steel should not exceed 0.25%, the residual mass fraction of the remaining elements — in accordance with GOST 5632.

At the request of the consumer bars and strips are made of steel grade 13X11N2V2F-Ш (EI961-Ш) «select» and 18Х15НЗМ-Ш (DI1-Ш) «select». For steel grade 13X11Н2В2МФ-Ш (ЭИ961-Ш) «select» the mass fraction of carbon should be in the range of 0,12−0,15%, nickel 1,7−2,0% and vanadium 0,16−0,26%, deviations from the mass fraction of elements in the chemical composition of steel are not allowed, except for carbon, the deviation on which is allowed plus 0.01%.

For steel grade 18H15NZM-SH (DI1-SH) «select» the mass fraction of carbon should be in the range of 0.15−0.19% and nickel 2.7−3.0%.

Bars and strips are supplied in annealed or tempered condition. The hardness of the products from steel grade 13X11N2V2MF-Ш (ЭИ961-Ш), 13Х14НЗВ2ФР-Ш (ЭИ736-Ш) in the delivery condition — in accordance with GOST 5949 standards, the hardness of products from steel grade 18Х15НЗМ-Ш (DI1-Ш) in Brinell (diameter print) should be at least 3.5 mm.
