ASTM circle, bar of nickel alloys
Are you interested in the standard ASTM rod and a circle of nickel alloys from the supplier company AvecGlob? Here you will find interesting information on this topic /
General information
This specification covers commercially pure nickel (UNS N02200), low-carbon nickel alloys (UNS N02201) and alloyed hardened nickel alloys (UNS N02211) in the rounds and round, square, hexagonal or rectangular cross-section bars. The materials must correspond to the limits of the chemical composition specified for nickel, copper, iron, manganese, carbon, silicon and sulfur. For specific conditions and cross-sectional dimensions, mechanical requirements are established, including tensile strength, yield strength and elongation. A chemical analysis, tensile test and hardness testing on the selected samples must be carried out.
Supplier — AvekGlob Company — offers at a reasonable price from the manufacturer volume rolling — bar, circle — made of various nickel alloys, which are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ASTM standards. The supplier guarantees the timely delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer.
Application area
This specification corresponds to the bar and circle, which are made of pure nickel (UNS N02200), low-carbon nickel alloys (UNS N02201), and thermally strengthened alloys (UNS N02211) for a variety of cold and hot-rolled products.
Limits of applicability:
diameter or cross-sectional dimension not less than 2.4 mm;
square profiles larger than 7.9 mm;
Hardness according to Brinell HB 45… 80;
All kinds of forged profiles.
Security conditions
This standard does not purport to address all of the security concerns (if any) associated with its use.
The user of this standard is responsible for acquainting himself with all hazards, including those specified in the relevant Material Safety Data Sheet for this product / material provided by the manufacturer, for establishing good occupational safety and health practices, and determining the applicability of regulatory restrictions before use.
