ASTM for sheet, plates from nickel alloys
Are you interested in the ASTM standard for sheets and plates of nickel alloys from the supplier company AvecGlob? Here you will find interesting information on this topic.
General information
This specification covers sheet products from nickel alloys (UNS N02200) — sheets and plates, as well as a similar range of rolled products from low-carbon nickel alloys (UNS N02201). The material must meet the chemical requirements for the percentage of nickel, copper, iron, manganese, carbon, silicon and sulfur. The material should correspond to the required level of mechanical properties — tensile strength, yield strength, relative elongation and Rockwell hardness values. For materials and strips for deep drawing and extrusion, the material must meet the specified values for the grain size parameter and the hardness properties. The material must be uniform in quality and character, smooth, without surface curvature or dents and also not have other defects.
Test methods (chemical analysis, mechanical testing, grain size measurement) must be carried out in accordance with the ASTM documents specified in this document.
Supplier — AvekGlob Company — offers at reasonable prices from the manufacturer of sheet metal — plate or sheet — made of various nickel alloys that are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ASTM standards. The supplier guarantees the timely delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer.
Application area
This specification covers sheets and sheets conforming to UNS N02200, as well as rolled from low-carbon nickel alloys (UNS N02201) of the same assortment.
Security conditions
This standard does not purport to address all of the security concerns (if any) associated with its use.
The user of this standard is responsible for acquainting himself with all hazards, including those specified in the relevant Material Safety Data Sheet for this product / material provided by the manufacturer, for establishing good occupational safety and health practices, and determining the applicability of regulatory restrictions before use.
