Astm-B-805, Inconel 625 Plus, N07716, Nickel sheet, wrought-nickel sheet
Are you interested in the ASTM B805 standard for products made from the Inconel 625Plus UNS N07716 nickel alloy from the supplier AvecGlob? Here you will find interesting information on this topic.
General Provisions
This standard applies to nickel alloys such as Inconel 625Plus, hardening during plastic deformation or heat treatment. The expanded list includes alloys according to UNS N07716, N07725, N07773, N07776, N09777 and N09925, in a variety of bars of various cross-sectional shapes, as well as wires. The bars are manufactured by hot and cold deformation technologies, and the wire is only cold deformed.
The recommended quenching technology involves heating the material to a certain temperature, followed by rapid cooling. Inconel 625Plus UNS N07716 after hardening should correspond to the minimum allowable level of mechanical properties at room temperature and should be suitable for subsequent machining or pressure.
Security
The ASTM B805 standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns (if any) associated with its use.
The user of this standard is responsible for acquaintance with all hazards, including those specified in the relevant material safety data sheet for this product / material provided by the manufacturer, for establishing good occupational safety and health practices, and determining the limits of applicability of regulatory restrictions before use.
