General information
Dimensions and technology of rolling metal bushings is regulated by the technical requirements of GOST 11525−82. This standard applies to bushings of sliding bearings used in housings in accordance with GOST 11521- 82… GOST524−82 and operating at a specific pressure of not more than 3.9 MPa, sliding speed not more than 3 m / s when lubricated with a plastic lubricant.

Technical requirements
Regulated by GOST 25105−82. In particular, bushings and liners for bearing housings must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for working drawings approved in accordance with the established procedure.
The bushings and inserts must be made of cast iron of the grade АЧС-1 or АЧК-2 in accordance with GOST 1585−85. It is permissible, by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, to make inserts and bushings of other antifriction materials with mechanical properties no lower than that of the cast iron of the AChS-1 or AKhK-2 grade.
Limit deviations of sizes not limited to tolerances should be:
by h14 — for shafts;
by ± for the others.
Tolerances of the perpendicularity of the axis of the liner (bush) relative to its ends and the end run-out should be at the 8th degree of accuracy in accordance with GOST 24643−81. Ovality, conicity, barrel-shaped openings should be on the 7th degree of accuracy GOST 24643−81. The working surfaces of boring inserts (bushings) should not have shells, scratches, nicks and blacks. Upon agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, liners (bushings) with dimensional deviations of sizes on H7 are allowed. Allowed holes and grooves for lubrication.
