Chemical composition of steels and structure

Must comply with the requirements of GOST 5632. In steel grade 12X21N5T, deviations in the content of titanium are not allowed. With the consumer’s consent, the sheets can be manufactured with the maximum deviations in titanium in accordance with GOST 5632.

For steel grade 12H18N10T, rolled on continuous and semi-continuous mills, the titanium content should be 0.02 — 0.7%, and the ratio of chromium to nickel should not exceed 1.8.

The macrostructure of the steel should not have traces of shrinkage shells, stratifications, foreign inclusions, cracks and bubbles and is provided by manufacturing technology. There should be no cracks and splits in the slices of the sheets.
