Supplier — AvekGlob Company — offers at a reasonable price from the manufacturer a diverse range of low-alloy nickel alloys that meet the requirements of GOST 19241−80. The supplier guarantees the timely delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer.
Specifications for the production of low-alloyed nickel alloys
- The oxygen content is indicated for alloys in ingots.
In the alloys of grades НК0.2Э and НМг0.1 obtained by vacuum melting, the mass fraction of zinc should not be more than 0.002%, the mass fraction of tin, lead, cadmium, arsenic, antimony, bismuth and phosphorus should not exceed 0.001% of each element. To the designation of grades НК0,2Э and НМг0,1 in this case the letter «в» is added; - In nickel-magnesium alloys of vacuum melting, the mass fraction of zinc is allowed to not exceed 0.004%;
- In the alloy of grade HMg0.1, the mass fraction of magnesium is not more than 0.15%, silicon — no more than 0.02%, sulfur — no more than 0.005%;
- In the alloy grade NK0.2E, when used for the manufacture of tubes, the mass fraction of manganese is allowed to be not more than 0.03%, sulfur — not more than 0.005%, cadmium, antimony, bismuth, phosphorus and tin — not more than 0.001% of each element;
- At the request of the consumer, the grade HB3v alloy should be manufactured with a mass fraction of magnesium 0.015−0.04%.
