This specification regulates the general requirements for the production of hot-rolled and forged bars from a heat-resistant alloy of open smelting followed by vacuum-arc remelting of the brand KhN35VB-VD (EN9 12-VD) and an alloy of vacuum induction smelting followed by vacuum-arc remelting of grade KhN35VB-ID EP9 12-ID). The surface of the bar must be clean and smooth, without cracks, delaminations, captivity, sunsets, nicks, scale, rust, oil and other contaminants.
