Tungsten should be produced in two grades:

  • brand HPV — in the form of powder;
  • grade SHVCH — in the form of piles with a section side (11 ± 1) mm and a length of at least 300 mm.

Quality requirements

On the surface of the staffs, tint colors and oil stains are not allowed. Shells, cracks, broken sign of marriage are not.
The deviation from straightness should not be more than 3 mm by the length of the bar. It is allowed to supply 20% of the packs in the batch, having a deviation from straightness up to 4 mm.
