Depending on the method and direction of rolling, the following bands are distinguished:
— cold rolled with a thickness of 0.05−0.60 mm, which are rolled in one or two mutually perpendicular directions;
— hot-rolled with the thickness of 0,70 — 3,50 mm., which are rolled in one direction, with cold calibration of strips with the thickness of 0,70 — 2,00 mm.

Quality indicators
Molybdenum bands should be even. For strips with a thickness of 0.05 — 0.20 mm. a slight waviness is allowed, disappearing by pivoting them into a cylinder with a diameter of 50−60 mm.
Limit deviations from straightness for strips with a thickness of more than 0.20 mm are:
— for crescent — 2 mm. on a length of 300 mm;
— for shortcomings on a length of 100 mm:
along the strip — 3 mm;
across the strip — 2 mm.
