Notes:
1. At the consumer’s request, in a titanium wire of grade ВТ1−00св, the mass fraction of hydrogen should not exceed 0.002%, in this case the wire is marked with the mark ВТ1−00свС. The magnitude of the permissible deviation of the mass fraction of hydrogen from the value of 0.002% for grades BT1−00sVS, 2V, PT-7Msv should not exceed + 0.0004%.
2. Mass fraction of niobium in the alloy grade SP15 — 2,5−4,5%, rhenium — 0,05−0,10%.
The introduction of rhenium in the burden of alloy grade SP15 is carried out at the request of the consumer. The mass fraction of rhenium is not controlled.
The wire is manufactured in an etched and degassed state.

External signs of determining the quality of titanium welding wire

On the surface of the welding wire are allowed separate non-etched zones and areas of a dark surface with traces of protective grease, as well as the color of tarnishing. Welding wire can also contain surface cracks and scratches. In the cassette with the wire there should not be stuck and twisted turns.

Supplier — AvekGlob Company — offers to purchase a welding wire made of various titanium alloys that meets the technical requirements of GOST 27265−87. Products can be bought at a price formed on the basis of European and world standards of production. Implementation is possible in bulk and retail, for regular customers, a flexible system of discounts operates.
