Application area

These technical specifications apply to T-grade tantalum tape, which can be manufactured with a variety of surface types — from flat to a periodic profile. T grade tantalum tapes are available in individually adjustable size and thickness ranges. As a result of such processes, the strip sequentially crystallizes and passes various cleaning processes, including sublimation. Standard sizes of T-grade tantalum tape vary in thickness from 0.75 mm to 2 mm with strict tolerances and normalized conductivity values.
