SU0.021.016-77 TU11. Tantalum tape. Marks T
You are interested in the JMA. 021.016−77 TU 11 «Tantalum ribbon of T grade» from the supplier company AvekGlob? Here you will find the necessary information on this topic.
Application area
These technical specifications apply to T-grade tantalum tape, which can be manufactured with a variety of surface types — from flat to a periodic profile. T grade tantalum tapes are available in individually adjustable size and thickness ranges. Tape out of tantalum is produced of four degrees of chemical purity, respectively, with a tantalum content of 99.999%; 99.99%; 99.9% and 99.0%. Tapes with the highest degree of chemical purity and with the greatest possible density are used in the manufacture of semiconductors.
The production technology of such a tape includes chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition, including evaporation of the thermal and electron beam, low-temperature organic evaporation, deposition of the atomic layer, deposition of metallic organic substances and chemical vapors. As a result of such processes, the strip sequentially crystallizes and passes various cleaning processes, including sublimation. Standard sizes of T-grade tantalum tape vary in thickness from 0.75 mm to 2 mm with strict tolerances and normalized conductivity values.
